DisneyFindsOfficial.com (“DISNEY FINDS”) provides users the ability to discover and purchase unique products through our website. Those services are provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
GIVEAWAYS
When you enter into a Disney Finds giveaway, you agree that you are 18 years or older.
By entering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, you agree with Instagram’s term of use, and you release Instagram of any responsibility. Participants must reside in the US to be eligible. Any violations for the aforementioned rules will result in disqualification. Probability of winning is subject to the number of entries submitted.
Giveaways are not associated with Instagram or Disney in any way and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Disney.

EVENTS
Event Participation: By attending the events you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers.
Likeness Release: By participating in events, attendees grant the event organizers and sponsors the right to use their likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings, without compensation. Attendees understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes.
Fees and Admission: Attendance to the events requires a ticket through an admission fee, the cost of which will be communicated in the event invitation or ticketing information. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Age Restrictions: If an event is open to all ages which shall be listed in the invitation sent, then any attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal gardian.
Behavior and Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the events. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the event organizers may result in removal from the premises an will be unable to participate in future events upon our sole discretion and in accordance to law.
Event Schedule: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or location due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to attendees through the provided contact information.
Sponsorship and Collaborations: The events may involve collaborations with sponsors and partners. Attendees acknowledge and agree that the event organizers may share their contact information with sponsors and partners for promotional purposes related to this event.
Liability Waiver: By participating in the Event, attendees release the event organizers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses that may occur during the Event.
Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the events. The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Alcohol and Substances: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for attendees age 21+ at the events. Identification such as government issued ID will be required. Any illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Event. No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises. Any attendee found violating these rules will be asked to leave the premises.
PAYMENT TERMS
Disney Finds accepts forms of payment submitted via the site’s we use (e.g. PayPal) whereby you agree to pay the applicable price for the service at the time you place your order for any ticketed events. If payment is not received, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us as a result of your participation.
YOUR CORRESPONDENCE AND BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH OTHERS FOUND ON OR THROUGH THE SITES, INCUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND ANY TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND REPRESENTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SUCH DEALINGS, ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY. DISNEY FINDS ENCOURAGES YOU TO REVIEW ALL POLICIES, RULES, TERMS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICIES AND TERMS OF USE OF EACH AND ANY THIRD PARTY SITE THAT YOU VISIT.
