Soon we will be able to eat and drink at the Festive Foods Marketplace in Disney California Adventure Park! There will be nine different kiosks available to you to savor and taste cuisine from a variety of cultures.
The best way to get to try all of the foods and drinks will be by purchasing the Disney Festival of Holidays Sip and Savor Pass. This pass will give you eight tabs to redeem select food and non-alcoholic beverages and will expire on January 08, 2023.

From my past experiences, cast members have advised me to hold off on tearing off the tabs until picking up the food or beverage given that this is how they determine whether you have a valid Sip and Savor Pass. The food you will receive is not a full entree as this is just a tasting size portion.
Planning on purchasing alcoholic beverages? Then you must be 21 years or older and the limit is 2 per guest per transaction.
If you have a Magic Key, you must present this at time of purchase with a photo ID to receive your discount. If your pass gets lost, stolen or destroyed it will not be replaced and once purchased it is non-refundable.
