Ever wondered how Disneyland would look like after all the guests have gone home at the end of the night? Well now you don’t have to imagine, but you can actually see it for yourself by purchasing special Disneyland After Dark event tickets starting tomorrow (December 12, 2022), no earlier than 9 am if you are a magic key holder! Otherwise, tickets will open for the general public starting on December 14, 2022.
There are two events to pick from being the Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite and the newest addition, The Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite! What you need to know about Disney’s After Dark Events at the Disneyland Park
During these events, guests will have the chance to have a more intimate interaction with their beloved characters, get special photo opps, enjoy tasty foods, drinks and snag collectible merchandise exclusive to guests who only attend these events!
These events are considered by Disney to be a “pre-party mix” as you will be able to visit the Disneyland park starting at 6 p.m PT during its regular operating business hours. This private After Dark event will begin at 9 p.m PT and end at 1 am. I would recommend taking advantage of getting your pictures taken so your memories will last a lifetime and more so because you will get UNLIMITED DIGITAL DOWNLOADS from the Disney PhotoPass system they use.
The dates you select to attend the event will determine their cost so please be aware that these events are mostly scheduled to occur during the week days with the exception of the Sweethearts’ Nite Event on February 5th that falls on a Sunday. So if you want a weekend then you’d best set your alarms/notifications so you don’t miss out! A special themed firework show
A Royal Ball where you can dance with hosts Aladdin and Jasmine near the attraction “It’s a Small World”
Enjoy a romantic cruise during the moonlight on the Mark Twain Riverboat while listening to a live jazz ensemble
Enjoy music stylings from a Polynesian trio located at The Tropical Hideaway near Adventureland
Capture special moments with your loved one alongside beloved Disney couples with romantic scenery from Disney films like “The Little Mermaid and Lady and the Tramp”

This event is brand new for the Disney company and will include the following perks listed below:
Entry to the Disneyland park starting at 6 p.m. PT without needing a reservation on your selected date of arrival for the event
Getting a royal entrance greeting starting at the Disneyland Train Station by Princess Minnie Mouse and Princess Daisy Duck with trumpeters
Attend a musical concert that celebrates your favorite heroines like Moana Merida with performances from live vocalists
Have a dance party that’s candy themed with the one and only Vanellope Von Schweetz at Tomorrowland.
Relax and enjoy some jazz music in New Orleans square courtesy of Tiana
