Wicked Halloween Bash Terms
Event Participation: By attending the events you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers.
Fees and Admission: Attendance to the events requires a ticket through an admission fee, the cost of which will be communicated in the event invitation or ticketing information. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Likeness Release: By participating in events, attendees grant the event organizers and sponsors the right to use their likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings, without compensation. Attendees understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes.
Age Restrictions: By purchasing this ticket, you agree that the person to whom this ticket belongs is age 18 or older.
Outside Food or Beverages: Outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited at this event. Attendees will be asked to leave any food or drinks outside.
Dress Code: All attendees may dress as their favorite character, especially to enter into the Halloween costume contest. However, costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent. Costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another attendee. Full face masks are not allowed.
Behavior and Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the events. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the event organizers may result in removal from the premises an will be unable to participate in future events upon our sole discretion and in accordance to law.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this type of event, there are no refunds for this purchase.
Event Schedule: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or location due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to attendees through the provided contact information.
Sponsorship and Collaborations: The events may involve collaborations with sponsors and partners. Attendees acknowledge and agree that the event organizers may share their contact information with sponsors and partners for promotional purposes related to this event.
Liability Waiver: By participating in the Event, attendees release the event organizers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses that may occur during the Event.
Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the events. The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Alcohol and Substances: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for attendees age 21+ at the events. Identification such as government issued ID will be required. Any illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Event. No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises. Any attendee found violating these rules will be asked to leave the premises.
