Attention, this is not a drill! Disney today finally provided us with an update about the Oogie Boogie Bash Ticket Sales resuming that will surely get our hearts racing with excitement and maybe some nerves for some!
Tickets will resume for this After Dark Event on July 11, 2023, at 9 am Pacific Time! Thankfully this is enough of an advance notice for you to plan to get your tickets if you were not successful during the magic key holder exclusive access day or during the chaos for the general sale!

There will be Costumes, Rare Characters, and More
One of the highlights of the Oogie Boogie Bash is the opportunity to wear costumes and fully embrace the spirit of Halloween! This is my favorite part and yes you will absolutely see me all dressed up in Disney style. Another major part of this Halloween time is that you will get to see rare Disney characters that aren’t typically found during regular park hours. This year, Disney has stated that we’ll be treated to appearances by characters such as Lotso from Toy Story 3, Bruno from Encanto, and the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus portrayed by Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle Cow at Disney California Adventure Park!
At last year’s Oogie Boogie Bash in 2022, Disney surprised guests like myself with the appearance of Ernesto De La Cruz! The attention to detail and the incredible portrayal of his character left everyone in awe. Who knows what magical surprises await this year? The anticipation for these surprise characters is always high, adding an extra layer of excitement to this already fantastic event.

It’s important to note that this is a separate ticketed event, and once tickets are sold out, there will be no way to join this amazing celebration. So mark your calendars and set your alarms to secure your tickets promptly!

Early Park Access and Planning
By purchasing tickets to this after dark event, you gain the added benefit of entering Disney California Adventure Park up to 3 hours early before the Oogie Boogie Bash begins. This grants you the opportunity to explore the park or both parks before 3 pm. However, please remember that separate admission tickets with a valid reservation will be required to enjoy the park(s) before this time.
