Disneyland is cooking up something truly magical for all its visitors! On September 7, 2023, get ready to be transported to the enchanting streets of New Orleans as Disneyland unveils the food menu and souvenirs created for Tiana’s Palace— A Quick Service restaurant located near The Haunted Mansion.
Inspired by Tiana from “The Princess and the Frog,” Disney has stated that this quick service restaurant will offer a variety of foods centered around the heart of New Orleans. From hearty gumbo to classic po-boys, there will be something for everyone.
Convenient Mobile Ordering at Tiana’s Palace
Skip the lines and make the most of your day with mobile order options available for select food items. No more waiting in long queues; just place your order through the app and savor the flavors of New Orleans.
Plant-Based Options Available at Tiana’s Palace
For our plant-based pals, Tiana’s Palace has you covered! Dive into the “7 Greens Gumbo,” a delightful mix of white beans, okra, yams, sweet potatoes, and heirloom rice. If desired guests can also add Chicken & Andouille Sausage for an extra kick.
Savor the Classics in New Orleans Square at Tiana’s Palace
Indulge in the “House Gumbo” with braised chicken, andouille sausage, and heirloom rice. Or try the “Cajun Spice Half Chicken” served with chicory BBQ sauce, baked macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw for a truly comforting meal.

The “Muffuletta Sandwich” stacks mortadella, salami, rosemary ham, cheddar, provolone, and house-made olive relish on toasted New Orleans sesame seed bread. Alternatively, enjoy the “Beef Po-boy Sandwich” with slow-cooked beef, gravy, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on French bread, served with red beans and rice.

Seafood enthusiasts can savor the “Gulf Shrimp and Grits,” tossed in a Creole sauce and paired with cheesy grits. It’s a taste of the bayou like no other.

For children, Tiana’s Palace offers (1) Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with sweet BBQ sauce and heirloom rice, (2) Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, and (3) classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese. Every kids’ meal includes a Cuties Mandarin Orange, applesauce, and a choice of DASANI Water or small low-fat milk.
A Sweet Twist on Beignets at Tiana’s Palace
Tiana’s Palace wouldn’t be complete without a dessert fit for a princess. Try “The House-filled Beignet,” featuring a lemon icebox pie filling topped with lemon glaze. It’s a beignet with a magical twist!
Specialty Coffee and Souvenir Delights at Tiana’s Palace
Coffee lovers can sip on “Joffrey’s Coffee Chicory Cold Brew” topped with sweet cream. But for those looking for a unique souvenir, don’t miss “The Ray Firefly Glow Cube” available with your choice of beverage.
For an alternative keepsake, order the “Lily Pad and Lotus Cup Ceramic Set,” served with “The House-filled Beignet.” This is specifically a seasonal offering according to the Disneyland app. So if this is a must have for you make sure to order it as soon as possible!
