Almost There: Disney announces Tiana’s Palace Restaurant to open in New Orleans Square
Disney just announced that Tiana’s Palace will be replacing the French Market Restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park! Tiana’s Palace will be a quick service restaurant that offers a variety of authentic New Orleans-inspired dishes. I personally can’t wait to try out the food!

This restaurant will not offer character dining; however you will still be able to catch Princess Tiana down in New Orleans Square so keep your eyes peeled!
So for those of you who are fans of the French Market Restaurant (and Mint Julep Bar) be aware that they will be closed starting February 17, 2023 and will reopen later as Tiana’s Palace with the Mint Julep Bar later in the year.
Disneyland has already opened Eudora’s Chic Boutique Featuring Tiana’s Gourmet Secrets! If you have followed me on Instagram you have already seen what this shop has to offer. It’s quaint and perfect for those who love The Princess and The Frog and cooking!
I am looking forward to seeing how Disney incorporates the attraction of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure the is set to open in 2024 replacing Splash Mountain. So while you can be sure to ride Splash Mountain!
